TELESOFT e-CRM will open a development office in San Luis

In line with its process of regional growth, the company will open an office for its CRM suite's development in Universidad de la Punta, at its technological center.

TELESOFT e-CRM, regional leader in the development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Collection applications, opens a new development office in Universidad de la Punta, technological center of San Luis province, Argentina.
Within the framework of San Luis Digital event, taking place in the province on August 9th and 10th, TELESOFT e-CRM signed an agreement to join la Punta's IT Park (PILP for its acronym in Spanish) with the aim of developing its CRM platform and keeping its suite's functionalities at the forefront in Latin America.
The new office will start with a five-member staff until the number rises to 25 IT experts, who will join the team working in Buenos Aires.

In connection with the new agreement, Marcelo Picolo, TELESOFT e-CRM's Marketing Manager stated: "One of the key points which attracted us was the synergy between the university and the business sector, and the political will to carry out a long-term project." And he added: "This is a vital aspect because we think this development office and its specialized resources must acquire an experience that will take at least two years of professional evolution."

The plan is made up of various short-term and long-term (20 years) programs, with the aim of "including all people from San Luis in the digital world." Beyond its infrastructure and benefits, one of the project's pillars is the insertion and professional development of San Luis citizens in the software industry.
