New appointment at TELESOFT e-CRM

Antonio Carnuccio was appointed Customer Service Manager

TELESOFT e-CRM, regional leader in the development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Collection applications, has announced the appointment of Antonio Carnuccio as Customer Service Manager.

Building the loyalty of TELESOFT e-CRM’s significant customer portfolio in Latin America is among his major challenges. His position also includes the quality and consultancy service areas, as well as the implementation of improvement plans with the aim of providing a service of the highest quality. Antonio Carnuccio is a Systems Analyst and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking Technique and Organization, with a strong technological and commercial view. He has over 20 year’s experience in the IT industry and in the Customer Service area.

His professional track record in Technology and Customer Service in the financial industry includes major companies such as Banco Galicia, Banco Provincia, and Banco Itaú.
