Its strong bet on the region during 2007 generated a 45 percent increase in its customer portfolio in Mexico

TELESOFT e-CRM, regional leader in the development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Collection applications, increased its presence in Mexico by a 45 percent during last year, already representing a 35 percent of its customer portfolio at a regional level.

The company has added important customers, referents of the main sectors of Mexico’s industries, such as Tiendas Liverpool; Banca Afirme and ISSSTE (Security and Social Services Institute for State Workers) in the government area, among others.

Eudoro de Zavalía, TELESOFT e-CRM’s CEO, stated: “The key of our growth at a regional level is the consequence of a multi-segment expansion strategy, combined with a strong local presence both in Mexico City and Monterrey. This allows us to accompany our customers closely during the business evolution process.”

Marcelo Picolo, Marketing Manager of the company, added: “There is no doubt that Mexico is one of the key markets in the region, both for its companies’ growing competitive level and the business volume it offers.” That is why TELESOFT e-CRM has made a strong investment in its Mexican branch office, to be able to provide a service of the highest quality.

According to the industry’s statistics published in Mundo Contact, CRM’s world market will end 2007 with a 14 percent growth, reaching 7,400 million dollars.
