Liverpool Dresses Up with TELESOFT e-CRM

Mexico s major department store joins the company s regional expansion in the Retail segment.

TELESOFT e-CRM, regional leader in the development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Collection applications, has added Liverpool -Mexico’s major clothing and home products department store- as a new customer.

With Liverpool’s incorporation in Mexico, TELESOFT e-CRM continues to consolidate its regional expansion in the Retail segment, which already includes important customers such as CMR Falabella in Argentina, Colombia and Peru, and Ripley in Chile.

Marcelo Picolo, TELESOFT e-CRM’s Marketing Manager, remarked: “The incorporation of a leading customer in the Retail segment such as Liverpool consolidates our growth strategy in the Mexican market, where we already have customers of great relevance in their respective industry segments, such as Cablemás in Telecommunications; Deacero in Manufacture; Inbursa in Banking or ISSSTE in Government.”

Liverpool is the leading department store in the Mexican market with a constant growth and service innovation. Created 160 years ago, its fashion and quality have set trends across the country. It currently has 69 stores all around the Mexican Republic: 41 with the same format as Liverpool, 25 Fábrica de Francia stores, and 3 Duty Free. It manages 11 malls in the country -which add up to 730 stores-, 2 Merchandise Distribution Centers and 10 local Warehouses.

Moreover, it has its own credit card (over 2,000,000 credit card holders), and offers its customers a wide service portfolio through its Insurance Division, Gift Registry, Travel Agency and corporate sales, among other services.
